Chardonnay pairs with 58% Dark Chocolate. Chardonnay is likely the most widely known white wine grown primarily in California, France, Chile and Australia. This grape is as diverse in taste as it is in growing regions. Wines made from Chardonnay grapes can have flavors of Vanilla, Oak, Toast, Tropical Fruits and Citrus. For this reason we have chosen a lovely 58% Cocoa wafer. The 58% Cocoa pairing brings forward the bright fruitiness in Chardonnay while adding silkiness and fresh lemon cream to the finish.
