Champagne pairs with 31% White Chocolate. The majority of Sparkling wines are made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. This is true for Champagne which can only come from Champagne France to be considered Champagne. Other popular Sparkling wines include Prosecco and Cava which are grown in Italy and Spain respectively. All wines have an effervescence to them that gives a refreshing finish to our White Chocolate pairing. We have chosen our 31% White Chocolate for this pairing as it is a nice compliment to the creamy/buttery notes in the chocolate while adding a refreshing citrus fruit finish.
